Happy Basket came to us with a simple, beautiful idea: give South Australia's independent makers a single, trusted storefront — one that feels as crafted as the candles, ceramics and perfumes inside it. They had the relationships and the inventory. What they didn't have was a digital experience worthy of the work.
Their founders were splitting attention across Etsy, Instagram, and a stitched-together Shopify trial. Customers couldn't find a coherent story. Creators couldn't tell where a sale came from. And the brand — warm, local, considered — was being flattened by templates that looked nothing like the products they sold.
